1 Introduction & Acceptance

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fmxbd currently supports transactions via the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Minimum Limits

For each method, the minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required in some cases for security verification.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, and wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active

• Colluding with other players

6.2 Consequences

If any of the above activities are detected, fmxbd may immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
